Interestingly enough, I just read Emmanuel's book over the summer, and he was extremely pro ACO. But now, he comes out with the not so innovative idea of pushing bundled payments. I think the best bet, is to continue to let the "free-market" of using different ideas to test out which solution is the best. And most importantly, give the options some time. Jumping to conclusions after 2 years of sub-standard implementation seems foolish to me.
