Interestingly, people balk when governments limit certain risky behaviors (large soda cup bans in NYC) but they do not realize that its their own tax/premium dollars that will be affected if this behavior is not regulated. At the end of the day, nothing is truly free. Someone is paying for the service. But with the introduction of third party payers, the original payers have very little say in how their money is spent.
